Patrizia Cesarois a researcherat the Università del Piemonte Orientale “Amedeo Avogadro”, Italy. She grduated cum laude in Biological Sciences at the University of Torino, she received a Specialization in Applied Biothecnology with an evaluation cum laude and finally she received PhD in "Environmental Science, internal waters and agroecosystems" at the University of Piemonte Orientale. Professor Liang Chen completed his PhD on Tea Science from Zhejiang University, China and postdoctoral studies from Cornell University, USA. He also visited Japan, Italy and The Netherlands as senior visiting professor. Now, he is the professor on tea genetic resources, genetics, breeding, and genomics in the Tea Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (TRICAAS). He is the leading expert of Tea Germplasm Group of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences through the Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Program and the China Agriculture Research System (CARS). He has been appointed twice as Honorary Scientistof the Rural Development Admistration (RDA) of the Republic of Korea. He has published more than 50 papers in reputed international journals and books,and has been serving as several editorial board members of reputed committees.
Dr. Yasin Özdemir has been researcher 2007−present in the Department of Food Technologies, Ataturk Central Horticultural Research Institute Yalova/Turkey. He was also an auditor of 'Food Safety and Standards’ 2004−2007 in the Yalova Agriculture Ministry Office, Turkey. He has 1.st National Olive Oscar Award for his innovative olive technology research project at 2015 and 3 worthy to be exhibited awards (2015/2016/2017) at International Food Re & De Project Market.
